SpicyChoco Beauty Warranty Terms

Hi Sweeties,

We strongly believe in our product quality and we stand behind them. 

SpicyChoco Beauty provides replacement items due to manufacturer defects up to two years from the invoice/receipt date.

Our replacement procedures are as follows:

• Simply email us at hello@spicychoco.com with the following:
  • Provide images of the defective product to clearly show the condition of the product. 
  • Your order number. It can be found in the order confirmation email you received when placing an order. We recommend you to keep that email in your mailbox as proof of warranty.
• A SpicyChoco Beauty representative will contact you via email about the status of your request within 1-3 business days.
• If accepted, we will ship your replacement and cover all shipping and handling fees.

Coverage

• Damage caused by manufacture defect during the first two years of purchase.
• All authentic SpciyChoco make up brushes.
• If the replacement product is unavailable, we will provide you with an exchange credit in the form of a coupon code for the same value of your original purchase price. You can use it to redeem other products on our website.
• Warranty is covered up to 2 years; regardless of how many times the product has been used.

Please note that minor shedding is normal for natural hair brushes and it is not a quality problem. In the event that shedding is excessive please do contact us for assistance. 

Exclusions

• Natural wear and tear
• Tarnishing from abnormal use or improper care
• Lost or stolen product
• Makeup or debris buildup within the bristles
• Abused product
• Limit on 2 exchanges per transaction.1 exchange per product.
• SpicyChoco Sponges or cleansing products.
