Covid-19 Delivery Update:
Amidst a time of constant change, our warehouse and office are operating at our regular levels. We are open for business and you are more than welcome to contact us!
For all orders, domestic and international, you may experience a delay up to 10 days beyond your selected shipping time. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Please note that Standard Shipping Services to Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Japan, and South Korea are currently suspended due to severe delays. FREE Express Shipping (by UPS) to the above destinations will be provided for orders USD $100+. For orders under USD$100 will be billed USD $20 for Express Shipping to these destinations.

We are happy to provide free standard shipping on all orders over $35 worldwide.

- All Spicy Choco Beauty products are shipped from our central warehouse in Hong Kong
- Orders placed on our online site may take up to 48 hours to process, regardless of shipping options
(But we expect to this done sooner)
- For example: if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday/Wednesday
- We accept orders all year round however we mainly ship between Mondays through Friday dependent on shipping option selected.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Same Day or Weekend delivery services, this is dependent on our shipping partners.
Now for the exciting part! Shortly after your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive a second notification of shipment. This will include a link and tracking number to follow the journey of your packages.
If there are any questions regarding the location of the package while in transit – please contact the courier directly. We unfortunately do not have visibility once products have been shipped out.
In rare circumstances – you may receive your order but the tracking information has not yet been updated.
Taxes & Duties
Dependent on where your products are destined to go, all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are required by customs authorities to provide the value of your order directly on the package and it is under the discretion of your local customs agency to release your package.
(Note) In rare occasions, customs agents may delay the release of packages
Customs policies vary between country/state/provinces; if you have further questions, please contact your local customs office for further details. When ordering from Spicy Choco Beauty, you the customer are acting as the importer and must comply with your local laws/regulations in the destination country.
Should there be any issues with releasing the delivery of an order placed on Spicy Choco Beauty; a refund may be issued for the merchandise once the returned package is received back to our warehouse.
(NOTE) you, the customer, are responsible for the original shipping charges along with any duties, taxes and/or customs incurred on both the original and return shipping costs. Our standard practice is to deduct any fees from the merchandise refund.
Delivered but not delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, Please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
