We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days on goods that have not been opened or used regardless of reasons. Due to hygienic reasons, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.
1. How to make a return?
E-mail us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number.
One of our client service agents will provide you with return instructions (i.e. Address, labels, packaging etc). Your returned items will go through an inspection prior to qualifying for a full refund.
All returned items will be subject to inspection in order to for a refund, as opened merchandise will not be refunded. Note: we highly recommend to ship your item via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2. What is the return period?
Within 30 calendar days of the date you received your products.
IMPORTANT: in the event that the products have been used or opened the return will be refused due to hygienic concerns.
3. Why are Spicy Choco brushes non-refundable if opened?
Natural hair make up brushes are considered a hygienic product. It could potentially transfer contagious bacterial skin infections if the product is open and used. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
4. Shipping costs for returns
Spicy Choco Beauty does not charge a restocking fee however customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns.
We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option as Spicy Choco Beauty will not be responsible for potential lost returns.
5. May I return my Spicy Choco products without contacting you?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
6. When will I receive my refund?
All eligible refunds will be issued through the original method of payment after we have received. Reminder: All customers are encouraged to contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to better process the refund.
Depending on your financial institution, the processing time may vary. Some may take up to 3 business days to process the refund, please allow some time for the refund to be reflected on your statement prior to contacting us.
Similar to refunds, we are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of receiving your products. Please note that minor shedding is normal for natural hair brushes and it is not a quality problem. In the event that shedding is excessive please do contact us for assistance.
