PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on the website are in US dollars exclusive of taxes, duties and import tariffs. For international orders, exchange rates charged may vary and is determined by your debit/credit card issuer. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Spicy Choco Limited is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. 

We reserve the right to make changes on our products along with the prices listed on the website at any time without notice. While we pride ourselves at ensuring all descriptions and content is up to date and as current as possible, some inaccuracies or misinterpretations may occur and Spicy Choco reserves the right to correct such inaccuracies without being held accountable for such errors.

We accept payments through most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

TAXES AND DUTIES

While we ship to most countries, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer if applicable – this means you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE

Some but not all credit cards or financial institutions might charge a fee of $3-$5 that can display as Spicy Choco on your statements. To clarify this fee is not charged by Spicy Choco Limited but instead is charged directly by your institution because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin. For further information please contact your financial institution directly in regards to this charge if it occurred.

We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information however Spicy Choco Limited cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to your information when accessing or ordering from the website.

SHIPPING AND VERIFICATION

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state, and zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong shipping addresses.
