We can not stress enough the importance of cleaning your make up brushes regularly. It will not only guarantee a smooth application of makeup but also prevent breakouts caused by clogged pores. Build-up on your makeup brushes can also cause the bristles to weaken thus shortening the life of your beloved SpicyChoco brushes.
Today, we are going to show you how to clean your make up brushes in a few simple steps! Let's get into a habit of doing so.Your skin and your brushes will thank you for that!
Step 1. Start by running your brushes under lukewarm water, rinsing out the residual makeup. Avoid where the bristle meets the barrel, as it could loosen the glue over time.
Step 2. We suggest that you use a gentle shampoo to clean your brushes. What is better than using something that you would use for your own hair, right? However, avoid the shampoo that is designed for oily hair as it might dry out the bristles. You can gently swirl your brush tip in the palm of your hand to work up a lather.
Step 3. Rinse the tip of the brush under running water once again until the water runs clear from the brush.
Step 4. Gently squeeze brush bristles to remove excess water. Reshaping the bristles as you go.
Step 5. Put the brush guard provided back on the brush and lay flat to dry.
There you have it! It will only take a few minutes. We recommend that you clean your face brushes at least once a month and eye brushes once every two weeks.

]]>Hi Sweeties,
Our products are recently reviewed by Australian beauty and lifestyle blog 'Wellness by Kels'.
Beauty expert Kelsie tests out tons of new beauty products on a daily basis. Let's take a look at what she has to say about our products!
"How often do you come across a new makeup brush, or sponge, and fall in love at first use? I am someone that is always looking for the next best thing and tend to try brushes a few times at the most, before forgetting about them and looking for new ones. So when I find brushes that hold my attention, and in particular, ones I can't stop using, I have to let you guys know about them!
